Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the sok4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sok4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. You may be required to provide government-issued identification to verify your age at any point.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily through the Platform or mandated by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sok4d, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the sok4d Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shadow accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across the accounts involved.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email address and password). You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your Account or its access credentials to any other person. sok4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). sok4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Indonesian government-issued ID (KTP), a selfie with the ID, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by sok4d may have their withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted or held. Deposit and withdrawal amounts are expressed in IDR; no currency conversion is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sok4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sok4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (08.00–24.00 WIB). Processing times may be longer during public holidays, periods of high volume, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You agree to deposit only funds that legally belong to you. The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party funds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.5 No Fees. sok4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. sok4d is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any real-money funds deposited by the Player may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to KYC compliance and the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5.1 General. sok4d may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail only with respect to that specific offer; this Agreement governs in all other respects.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, and any minimum odds restrictions will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Only one welcome bonus or new-player promotion may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts is bonus abuse and will result in disqualification from all promotions and potential account closure.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. sok4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that exploits promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.5 Promotional Amendments. sok4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to ongoing promotions.

6.1 Certified RNG. All casino and slot games available on the sok4d Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official rules of the applicable game or market. In the event of a dispute, the decision of sok4d's trading team — informed by official statistical data sources — is final and binding.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, sok4d will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state. Where this is not possible, wagers that were not completed at the time of the failure may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. If a price, odds quotation, or payout is published in error — whether due to a human mistake or a system malfunction — sok4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Player's Account. This right applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be adjusted from time to time at sok4d's discretion.

sok4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools available free of charge to every Account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session; you will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. Account access is suspended for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sok4d Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using funds that are proceeds of illegal activity or that belong to a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any automated or systematic way without prior written consent from sok4d.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or underpayment errors for financial gain without reporting them to sok4d immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sok4d staff, Live Chat agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the sok4d Platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and source code — is the property of sok4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership right or licence to use any sok4d intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Player.

Game content supplied by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Use of game content outside the Platform is prohibited.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by sok4d is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sok4d applies AES-256 SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform servers. Sensitive personal and financial data is stored using industry-standard security practices. sok4d does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sok4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11.2 sok4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.3 sok4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event.

11.4 sok4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or loss of data. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability.

11.5 You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Gaming involves the risk of financial loss. sok4d is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses sustained by Players using the Platform.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sok4d support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

12.2 Termination by sok4d. sok4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if sok4d reasonably suspects that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false registration information;
• The Player is, or has become, ineligible to use the Platform under Clause 2 of this Agreement;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose sok4d to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by sok4d — all rights granted to the Player under this Agreement cease immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including Clause 8, Clause 9, Clause 11, and Clause 14) shall continue in full force and effect.

sok4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sok4d will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an updated version of the Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and/or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement is governed by applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sok4d is licensed and incorporated. To the extent that a Player is a resident of Indonesia, any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant competent territory, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting sok4d support before initiating any formal legal proceedings. sok4d commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.
